Far Cry 6 has 26 anti-aircraft artillery emplacements. You must destroy 16 of them for the Friendly Skies trophy or victory. Destroying them also cleans the air and you can fly any plane without getting shot. Additionally, each of their locations has 50 Depleted Uranium in a box. It will be marked on the minimap by a yellow radioactive icon. You need 1400 Depleted Uranium to purchase all Supremos and Resolver Weapons. Purchasing all Supremos will unlock the Backpacking trophy and achievements. Capturing all the Depleted Uranium in each anti-aircraft cannon gives you a total of 1450 (automatically starts at 150), so that's enough to buy them all.

None of the anti-aircraft artillery sites could be missed. You can still find and destroy them all after the free-roaming story. These are easiest to find by flying in a helicopter or airplane, then when you get close to them you will see a red circle on the map and mark their location when entering their restricted airspace. If you stay too long in restricted airspace, you'll get shot down, but you can get around it by flying very close to the ground.

Note that there are 2 fixed restricted airspaces above Esperanza but these are not equipped with cannons and cannot be destroyed. Unlike the 26 cannons, the Esperanza are rocket launchers that fire you instantly in one shot, but cannot be detected or destroyed by the world.
This map uses the same numbering as the enlarged location images below, going by area. Each anti-aircraft cannon is a depleted uranium station. Again, note that the red circles above the Esperanza are indestructible anti-aircraft turrets, so it doesn't count. All 26 physical maps are marked in the vicinity of anti-aircraft sites, which are also shown below.
That's all the 26 anti-aircraft sites in Far Cry 6. Note that the two red circles on the Esperanza are not anti-aircraft cannons and cannot be disabled, they remain permanently on the map.
